3. Wheels - The wheels need to move freely. They also need to be sturdy as they will be carrying a heavy load. The bigger the wheels then the easier it will be to move around. 4. Platform -This is the section of the luggage cart where your luggage goes. It sits on what is called the platform. When you are sliding your luggage on and off your cart then you want to be sure that the platform is not scratching on your luggage or tearing it in any way. You can get it with carpet or other smooth slide off material. The width of the platform is also important. You want to be sure that your luggage will actually fit on your cart.
